At St. Paul's, families and friends gather to proclaim and hear the Good News of God's love and grace. Worshipping with us, you can expect a traditional style with a casual feel. Through the use of our screens in worship, we try to engage worshippers of all ages and backgrounds.
Here you will find the family feel you'd expect in a rural congregation as well as the peace and beauty you're hoping for in a rural setting. You don't have to sacrifice convenience for all of this because St. Paul's is conveniently located right off of highway 14, between Waseca and Owatonna.
Come before worship for some conversation and coffee we we can get to know one another better!
Joining us in February 2021, Deacon Billie Jo is in the process of transitioning from the ministry role of deacon to that of pastor. St. Paul's and Zion have been a great place for her to continue learning and growing alongside the wonderful people of the parishes. Having previously served in larger churches, Deacon Billie Jo is enjoying getting to know and appreciate the in's and out's of rural ministry. She is expected to graduate from Luther Seminary in December 2022 and she will then be ordained as a pastor. As a first career educator, Deacon Billie Jo has a passion for offering worship and education experiences that are engaging and meaningful for people of all ages.
Billie Jo and her husband live in just outside of Mankato with their five children, two dogs, and chickens. When she isn't busy with ministry and her family, she enjoys reading, theatre, friends, and sunshine. Minnesota lakes are her happy place.
